There is not a cure for snoring. That is worth repeating ... snoring cannot be cured. It can however, be successfully controlled. The sound we know as snoring is caused by a physical abnormality that needs to be identified before a control can be found.
There are many thousands of web sites offering products that claim to cure snoring, with many offering nothing more than snake oil. If you are serious about wanting to stop snoring, then we encourage you to read about the many different causes of snoring before going on to take the self-diagnosis tests.

livation, a little bit of discomfort in the jaw where it had been in the forward position all night - but negligible. Nights 2 and 3 just the same so he's very happy as it has improved his sleep quality enormously.From a listeners point of view it was a little different from the original one piece device which totally cut out and breath sounds and snoring. The Tomed SomnoGuard does allow a bit of mouth breathing so at leat I knew he was alive, but he did whistle a bit to start with when sleeping on his back. A little encouragement to turn around and sleep on his side and all was quiet and we both had a peaceful night. The noise of snoring is what upsets most partners, but it's the detrimental effect on health that should most concern people. This is such a good device we have already recommended it to a friend who has placed an order.
