Mask Failure

Post by Guest » Tue Jan 23, 2018 2:24 pm

I last had my machine serviced in June of last year and the NHS supplied me with a new mask, however it split after two months and they will only supply me with one mask. I bought a new mask and it has split again. Philips seem to be making the masks thiner and thiner. Without a functioning mask I can't sleep and that means no car and i'm disabled.

Phone the sleep clinic and explain that the mask has broken.
You usually get one every six months to a year depending where you are in the country.
However, if it is broken they will have to replace it. If they are not lasting, it is time you chose a different mask. I would also contact who ever you bought the mask from, I would expect mare than a few months out of them.

Just a question, what type of a mask do you use and do you know the model?
