Post by Guest » Thu Jan 25, 2018 11:00 pm

Hi I have had a cpap machne and at first i had a full face mask with which in had a few full nights using it but mostly a fe hours but felt whenwhen using
I changed to a Basel mask as I wasnt getting o with the full mask as it was incomfortable and have had rcentley started using a nasal mask with which I have had quite a few nights keeping the mask on all night the problem is I’m waking up in the morning and feeling more tiered than I did when I wasn’t using the machines
What can be problem as I really want to get this sorted

I don't know is the short answer.
A few questions though.
What king of a machine do you have, is it a CPAP or an APAP (automatic) machine?
Do you waken up with a dry mouth in the morning?
Do you have a humidifier?
Is it a Nasal or Nasal Pillows you have, though this question might not be so critical?

The best thing you can do is to Download https://sleepyhead.jedimark.net/?TestingVersions
If you have anything running the software listed.

All the instructions can be found from the page, if not just a few posts and you can PM me to get the info where to get them and how to use it.
