Snore Calm Chin-Up Strips
Before fixing your strip to your chin, rub Vaseline (or your favourite moisture cream) onto the area where it will be placed and leave to dry for just a few minutes. The strip should peel off easily in the morning without taking your skin with it!
For a perfect fit, attach the top 'wings' of the strips first. Then push your jaw forward into a 'Jimmy Hill' with your bottom lip covering your top lip. Gently press the rest of the strip on and release your chin to it's normal position. Continue to apply pressure to the strip for about 30 seconds after attaching to ensure maximum adhesion.
If in the morning your skin is left with a few 'glue' marks, this can easily be removed with a cream containing Aloe Vera.

Snore-No-More
This product is not for the fainthearted! For correct placement, breathe in through your nostrils as you place the spring into your nasal cavity.

Tomed SomnoGuard
If you are not having success with your device you have probably moulded it incorrectly. Take a look at the channels - have you bitten the sides down so there is no channel for your teeth to lock in to? If so, re-mould just the affected area and 'tease' out the channels with the back of a hot spoon.
Spitting it out at night? Check your nasal airway. If you can't breathe through at least one nostril you will not be able to use your SomnoGuard successfully.

Snore Calm Foam Ear Plugs
For superb fit, be sure to tilt your head to the side, whilst gently pulling your ear up and back. With your free hand place the ear plug in the ear canal. To maximise the life of your ear plugs always ensure that you wash your hands before handling.

Snore Calm AirPlus Nasal Strips
For better adherence, wash your hands and face thoroughly before handling your nasal strip. To ensure the strip adheres to your skin, gently apply pressure with your thumb and forefinger for 30 seconds. When placing the strip on your nose, make sure you fix it to the fleshy part of your nostrils.
