Interactive Snoring House - Bedroom

1
House dust mite

Collect in bedding and mattresses. Allergy to house dust mites cause the lining of the nose to swell making nasal breathing difficult.

2
Feather bedding

A major cause of nocturnal allergy. Causes rhinitis and dry throat making it difficult to breath at night.

3
Pet allergy

Dogs appear to pose a snoring risk. Infectious bacteria spread by dogs stimulate the lymphatic systems leading to enlarged tonsils.

4
Carpet & curtain dust

No matter how clean your house is, house dust mites will collect anywhere where humans and pets live.

5
Medications

Many medications have a sedating effect on the airway causing it to narrow. A narrow airway is likely to be the cause of snoring.

6
Aerosol sprays

Allergy to aerosol sprays can cause irritation and excessive drying of the nasal membranes.
