Interactive Snoring House - Garden

1
Compost

Moulds build up in compost and rotting vegetation. Remove from garden in plastic bags if you can.

2
Fallen leaves

Moulds lie dormant during the winter months. This is a good time to clear fallen leaves.

3
Grass

Lawns harbour all sorts of pollens, dust and mould. If you have allergy to pollen, dust and mould ask somebody else to cut the grass for you.

4
Pollen

Allergy to pollen is generally seasonal. Tree, weed, grass and mould pollens are all allergens and affect around 20% of the population. The main symptoms of pollen allergy are runny, blocked nose. This can make breathing difficult at night giving rise to snoring.
