Dairy products are often associated catarrhal conditions and sinus problems characterised by congestion, excess mucus, runny nose and sore throat. These conditions can lead snoring.
People who use household cleaners more than 4 days per week are 50% more likely to develop asthma than those who do not. Asthma is a common symptom for snorers.
Mould allergy causes a wide range of symptoms such as allergic rhinitis, sneezing, runny nose, congestion and eustachian tube obstruction. All of these symptoms predispose to snoring.
Disinfectant can trigger allergies and breathing difficulties. Breathing difficulties at night can cause snoring.
Perfumed fabric conditioners often cause symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Nocturnal rhinitis will make breathing difficult and predispose to snoring.
These products cause respiratory problems. Individuals with respiratory disorders are more likely to snore.
Avoid ingesting the fumes as they can be toxic and cause respiratory problems.
