After nearly 7 weeks its still working well

Who would have thought something as simple as Vick would
do the trick.

Now i am concious of breathing through my nose
and i am using Less Vick

Now i only rub a little on my upper chest and the Vapour does the rest

My wife said she can't believe the difference.

How are you getting on ???

I am just adding:
I have now been using a little Vick that helps me Breath Through
my Nose when sleeping on my side for just over 6 Weeks.

Everyone in my House are much Happier
The noise from Snoring has almost disapeared.

My Wife is revealing that before I used Vick ~ it was Un Bear Able

Ray, If Vick helps you then stick to it! I used to use it back in 2003 when I occasionally used it in conjunction with the nasal plasters, which I liked but didn't like the fact that they cost a quid a night!!!!
The reason I am posting is that I still use a V-pillow which I bought from Argos for £6.50 and this works very well at keeping you sleeping on one side or the other, I am not sure quite why, but it does !

Just wanted to add:
When i researched this through, i found there were many sugestions.

What i find helps the most ~ Sleep on your side (If you lie on your back your jaw opens and the Noise begins)
Make sure you have pillows that dont sag and can support your head and kneck.
Like i said before~ apply a little Vick around the Nostrils and tell yourself to keep your mouth closed and Breath through your Nose (its amazing what your sub concience can do)
It will improve your sleep ~ and ~ Snoring will be reduced to a purrrrrrrr ~ your bedmate will be happy and so will the Neighbours.

Try it ~ it costs Nothing.

I have been a siger and my throat muscles have been strong, since i don't sing so much these days i have Snoring Problems, my wife said it was bad.

I studied this out and i came to the conclusion, that if like all signers i must be Breathing through my Mouth and this is what causes the worse snoring.

I Decided to train myself to breath through my nose at night and to help me i put a very tiny amount of Vick around my Nostrils.
The first night was great it reduced my Snoring considerably, and since then i have been able to breath through my nose instead of my mouth, it has worked very eficiently and i don't need any gadgets.
Try it, its cheap and very effective
