I forked out £30 for one of these stupid rings... ages ago... didn't make a blind bit of difference... didn't know then I had OSA... not that makes any odds, its a con this ring thing... total tat!

Gullible as well as sleep deprived.

I've tried sprays designed for stopping snoring, I've tried flixonase (and such like), saline sprays, and strips across my nose......turns out I have OSA.

Perhaps people should be talking to their GP and their dentist before forking out for "treatments" like this?
