Yesterday, 18:30 (ish) bedtime and 31 degrees   90(ish) mins later, after some sleep, AHI 3.4 Got up, had some ice cream. 1/4 way through tub and I only bought it yesterday. Slept till alarm, AHI back to 0.8, 7.4 hrs. Yesterday, 18:30 (ish) bedtime and 31 degrees :!: :!: :!: :-x :-x :-x
90(ish) mins later, after some sleep, AHI 3.4
Got up, had some ice cream. 1/4 way through tub and I only bought it yesterday.
Slept till alarm, AHI back to 0.8, 7.4 hrs.

I'm not looking for bed time either, NM. Snotty nose+cough+ sore throat+ hot, sticky night= C RAP sleep. You can multiply the c rap sleep by 2 as hubby's gone to bed.
