I've found this definition though:

This technique uses a small instrument called an actigraph worn on the wrist or ankle to measure body movement. It creates a pattern based on activity that is useful in assessing sleep-wake cycles across many consecutive days and nights. It is useful for assessing advanced and delayed sleep phase disorders.

Sounds pretty crap looking at that explaination

So... I've written to a few consultants to try and hurry along my PSG test.

I get a phone call from one of the secretary's to say they are going to send me a watch??? to wear for 3 weeks which I received today.

What is going on? Is this just a tactic to make me wait? What is this going to prove?

So confused right now
