I've found this definition though:

It creates a pattern based on activity that is useful in assessing sleep-wake cycles across many consecutive days and nights. It is useful for assessing advanced and delayed sleep phase disorders.
Sounds pretty crap looking at that explaination

Wrist watch device advice
So... I've written to a few consultants to try and hurry along my PSG test.
I get a phone call from one of the secretary's to say they are going to send me a watch??? to wear for 3 weeks which I received today.
What is going on? Is this just a tactic to make me wait? What is this going to prove?
