Topic review - Effectiveness of Tempur pillows for Apneoa sufferers
Author Message

Hello

I have had one of these pillows for some time and it did not help my Apnoea, however, it is very comfortable to use in conjunction with the CPAP as the mask does not become dislodged nearly as often as it does with a conventional pillow. Hope this is of some help.

I have a question about pillows.

Have just today seen a pillow made by Tempur ( in Denmark) that is supposed to help sleep- www.tempur.com It has a hump that you place your neck on and your head therefore slopes backward assisting in keeping your throat open.

Has anyone tried one of these? I am a sleep apneoa sufferer and if the pillow works it would be far preferable to the CPAP machine that I use every night.

cheers
bob
