Hi,

I am guessing that the heater is drying out the air being fed to you. Switch it off!

Dry air scooting through your nose at high speed will remove moisture from the membranes very quickly, and thus soreness.

Also check the filter on the machine, if it is dirty, there could be dust travelling through with the air.

does anyone no how to stop the machine giving you runny nose and streaming sore eyes,had machine for 9 years,recently had upgrade,to one with built in heater,had nothing but trouble with it since,and so noisy,any surgestions please would be great help,,,,,,jim,email reajelly@hotmail.com,,,ohhh nose feels like got loads pepper up it lol
