lavender oil will give a soothing and relaxing feeling, but if any good for any other issues on this forum, not sure. The french are the ones that have done the most amount of research on that perfumed qualities, but I have used it as a help for athletes foot. For osa well way out, I don't need help to sleep, but to stay awake. hence cpap.

Has anyone tried using any aromatherapy oils in the humifier?

I was just wondering if something like lavander oil might be beneficial.

Any ideas?
