British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association

Hi I am having trouble with the above, it seems I am keeping my husband awake at
night by my moaning and sometimes snoring......I have tried various things but am now running out of ideas... My husband is a very light sleeper, he does not have trouble going to sleep but once I have woken him up, I am keeping him awake.
Is there any help out there?

i suffer from the exact same problem as youve described. I am looking for answers myself. i am having a sleep study done soom but dread the thought of having to wear one of those 'masks'. Have you had any luck yet?
