Hi folks, new to this forum but glad I found it. I am a really loud snorer and thrash around violently at night, it is causing havoc in my relationship. I have recently had a trip to the hospital to see a so called specialist, only to have exactly the same questions asked by my GP 6 weeks previous, good old NHS. My girlfriend says I snore with my mouth open so I'm going to try one of the devices on here, my other concern is the thrashing about, was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, would be grateful for some feed back. Thanks

Might your 'thrashing' be restless leg syndrome? I believe that it can go together with OSA, but, not being medically qualified, you'll need to check this with your doc.
