Has anyone found a way to stop grinding your teeth (bruxism) at night? I have an irritated facial nerve with associated gum pain. I have a night guard but still grind my teeth am willing to try anything to get back to "normal" but cannot afford the headband sold in the USA which is not recommended anyway in UK. Have bought hypnosis CD has this worked for anyone?

Sorry to hear you do have this problem which is causing you so much grief, and hope you find a solution soon. Sadly this forum does not cover bruxism -teeth grinding- ... I'd suggest you try to find a forum more related to your problem ... a dental forum perhaps.
