Morning Club members,

Its 04.29am and have been woken at 03.31am by my son he's got a sore throat , Im wide awake now so sitting here until i feel tired again !!!!!!

Really do need to sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz,

04:34......sigh.....not often I have one like this where I've been asleep then wake up - if I'm having trouble it's usually getting to sleep in the first place. Had a nightmare tonight (not a usual occurance either) so I'm just a bit wobbly! sigh! :(

Very sorry to hear this. Worst night in years - over 3 for leaks, 10 for AHI, 9.8 for IA. Feel shattered, but in the words of HMGovernment, I must keep calm and carry on. No choice.

Thanks Mac. It's a bit gobsmacking how external circumstances not connected with you personally or with your health (or lack of it) can influence your OSA/CPAP readings! :(
