after 7 months of 1 to 2 hours of interupted sleep per night (using the kit from the nhs clinic )leics general my gp got me a referal to glenfield hospital , different ball game . i was set up with different equipment & sent home with the finger gizmo which i will use tonight & tomorrow , then back to the clinic on monday ,the amazing thing is that i got 5 hours uninterupted sleep last night & have felt great all day wow gob smacked .thank you all for your support & encouragment it did lighten my darkness , will now press on with my life b cool DEREK

me thinks this is just the start of the trip,so i will be sending postcards from the edge & if my journey can help someone else then it will it would be very sad of me not to contribute after recieving so much encouragment . back to the clinic in 2 hours with my finger gizmo ( after 6 hours of GOOD SLEEP YOWZA ) bring it on , b cool Derek
