I've only just watched it on my Humax which I bought last Easter! It did bring one or two things back from the first time I watched it....I didn't find it that interesting, but it was good in a general sort of way.
Alsa, I agree they should have talked about apnoea when they were doing the snoring bit...even if they never mentioned neti pots (NM
) BTW I had never seen those moisturising strips for snoring then, and still not seen them now.
Item #1 a bath,....never had one for years, just shower
Item #7...a high carb meal, yes probably good for seratonine levels, if you don't mind obesity levels shooting out of control
Item #6....blocking out daylight, at the time I first watched the programme I could not replace my manual type alarm clock and I was using a plug in type with massive light-up numbers, and I ended up draping black socks over it during the night, then later substituting it with a black shoebox type cover as a black-out..less of a fire risk.....the alarm went off in the morning so that was the main thing...being retired though, and living on my own, I only need this in Autumn and Winter when I go to U3A classes a couple of times a week
That trick with the blue lamp was o.k., but only if you start work at 4 a.m.
