Cheers Nm.........I'm surprised I didn't see this yesterday...Wednesday was early morning.......I do look at the site most days, but not being a CPAP user, I don't really qualify in entering a lot of discussions!
Just had a thought :D I practice the jala neti often just before I go to bed and sometimes get a spoonful of saline which has been trapped, as it were coming out onto my pillow....maybe the doctors would class me as a bed-wetter Ho Ho :D :D :D ...I would still heartily recommend the practice to CPAP users, but would advise to putting your head on the pillow, left and right before putting on a nasal mask...having your nose really clear is fantastic 8)

I can only tell you that the one I use at home, every day is a stainless steel one
https://www.shopholistic.co.uk/viewprod_HYG001NP.php
I also have two of those cheap plastic ones for travelling abroad. I buy seasalt at a local health shop and use half a heaped teaspoon in every session.
I am sure the ones on todays link will be perfectly o.k.
All the best with it, it's dead easy once you have done it a couple of times Cheers Ken

Hi, meatcruncher,

Try kneeling at the sink when you Jala Neti, rather than standing up to do it.

That way you can keep your back straight and the crud from your nose always goes into the sink, not everywhere else!

All the best,

pkd1uk

Anybody here tried one of these? http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001CWT4JI

Do they really work better than a Neti Pot?

Thanks

I note that no-one has posted on this thread for some time and Knackersyard didn't get a response.

I too was thinking of getting a Sinupulse Elite as I think I would benefit from a regular sinus washout as I seem to permanently have a thick clogging feeling at the back of my nose/throat.

The blurb that comes with the Sinupulse seems to indicate that the Jala Neti barely does the job. merely washing over the surface (so to speak) while their system is far superior ....

Any comments?
