Sitting here fullykitted with my apneograph machine preparing for a hopefully good nights sleep and the stet of the path to end my snoring. Wish me luck.

Been told today I have sleep Sonora. Apparently I wake up around 15 times an hour! I now have to go to a sleep clinic to decide which course of treatment I need. Masks, air pumps, lasers ? Oh what fun.
