hiya NM
went to clinic monday saw a very nice lady,had a good moan hehe,she gave me a titration machine for a week to see what pressure i should be on.three and a half years late but at least its a step in the right direction.
i`m sleeping longer with the mask on ....6to 7 hours .dont feel much better though............cheers
