It has been a feature of my sleeping life in the past but time has brought changes and I sleep a little longer now ... mind you I also go to be substantially later than before!

If you're awake with the lark and the dawn chorus you can sometimes find other folk in the same position on here! :D

4.27 am explained .....

4.27am was my post but i left the forum and my 1766 posts got zapped so the author is now Leng,

I was woken up one morning in the early hours with a bad sore throat and cpap was making it 100 times worse . I decided to get up and surf the net and posted onto the site about feeling crap it was 4.27am when i posted .

From this 4.27am has become the insomniac's club if your awake then please feel free to post but the club rules are that it must be before 6 am.

Hope that explains enough for you ,

Regards,

ahh right i seee, i seee.

Well.. me and my cpap get on very well at the moment. and although i am a 'mouth' breather i let my mask sit on my face so it jams my mouth shut and therefore i have to breathe out my nose LOL.

Stops th sore throat...... :)

I am never awake at 427 lol, so i guess im not a member of yer club.

Cheers

Vicci

Don't be downhearted Vicci! It's great to hear that you are sleeping through. You don't need to be a member of 'this' club ... and can start your own based on your own waking time!!

Glad that things seem to be going OK so far. :D

Morning all /-(
Well the upside is I heard the first bird twitter of the day :-) unfortunately it was only 03.48, you learn something new everyday!
I wonder do robots dream of electric sheep and does xpap join forces with the humidity to prevent the human kind? Time for bed again said Zebedee, to day dream perhaps to sleep to the sound of not so distant snoring and disturbingly familiar silences.
