Good Morning from Nunny ,

Had a rubbish sleep last night , wife snoring like a freight train coming down the track with its horn blowing really bad didnt feel tired so at 1.30am decided to get up and have warm milk its good for getting you off to sleep i have found. I really can say cpap does work because like yesterday i was awake around 18hrs without a snooze in sight .... some days i wish i could take a nap in the afternoon like the days before therapy but its impossible now .

I have come to the conclusion that the cpap machine is a jukebox in disguise because my head is awash with music today . I just love music all through the years but i suppose the 80's must be the best for me.

Lets have some tuneage beings its the weekend .
