Has anyone tried this? The Telegraph ran an article on snoring a few weeks ago which mentioned the product;

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/main. ... ore130.xml

Quote:
I had all but given up hope that I could ever get a decent night's sleep, until I came across Aromalites, a herbal snoring remedy that claims a 98 per cent success rate within a month, or your money back.

Seems too good to me to be true. Searching Google doesn't seem to find anyone who sells this or even anyone mentioning they have used it (apart from the author of the article). Question

I can't claim to have tried this, but the cynic in me thinks that the vendor has only a hotmail email account and not a business email account makes me think hmmmmm.

The same story has been syndicated and has run elsewhere, including...

It attributed to Judith Woods in some appearences, but unattributed in many. Judith Woods is an Irish freelance writer and a Google search on her published articles indicates that she never says anything about actually having paid for any good or service she writes about. A google search on "Judith Woods advertorial" shows that quite a bit of her material is actually classified as advertorial on publishers web sites!

There is no doubt in my mind that the article is a definite piece of deliberate advertorial "product placement".

The UK "Aromalites" business seems to have been around a while, they show up in various Google matches for life-style product events going back to at least 2004. There seems to be a totally different "Aromalites" business in the US, based in Colorado.

Cheers,

Bill

It absolutely works. I bought a package - jar of marjaram and jar of lavendar (oils) in Stratford upon Avon (in a marketplace). First night my wife quit snoring and hasn't snored since - caveat she sometimes does breath heavy but I wouldn't call it a snore. I used to have to wear earplugs - no more. Call ----- ------.

Cheers guys Very Happy

Many people are searching our site for info on this after the news story was published. It sounds very similar to the Cure Snore jars (curesnore dot com)

I sent my cheque on 3rd August, following the "Daily Telegraph" article and being advised by "Aromalites" that delivery time was about 21 days due to heavy demand. When I hadn't heard anything on 6th September, some 36 days later, I emailed to aske what the revised delivery time was. Seven days later I have had no reply! I do hope the business is not a con!

I bought some from the aromas naturales site linked from curesnore approx 1 month ago. The product arrived within a week and seems thus far to be working.

Hi
Judith Woods was just a customer of ours that happened to be a journalist for the daily telegraph, we did not place an add, this would have cost us thousands, we are simply small time market traders and have been hit with the demand of thousands of orders from the Article.

thanks
Aromalites

Hi,

yes just happened!
No way would we spend over £20,000 on an article, is this not the same sort of price in Australia? its alot of money in this country and havn't even made £20,000 out of the ARTICLE anyway.
But we will now its comming towards Christmas we are having hundreds of re orders for Christmas presents. Laughing

Please send me your address to my email address so i can send you a snore cure set with the compliments of my Company, this will prove the existence of the company and the success of our product if it works for you like it has for thousands of others. Then you can post what you like on here when you have tried the product yourself, and may be hesitant to be so sceptical in the future. Very Happy

We work in partnership with curesnore dot com, they are our supplier but as stated we did not put an advert in the paper, when we could not cope with all the thousands of orders we gave some to cure snore dot com which gave us commission, this may explain things.

Thanks
Aromalites

Hi

We have only a hot mail account because we had to set one up quickly as told by Judith woods so that there was a way for people to contact us easier, also we are such a small company there is not much point for us to have a permenant account, we have never needed one in the past.

Thanks
Aromalites.
