This definitely helps a bit ... but is a bit uncomfortable. The plastic is quite rigid once it cools down following moulding, and retains a squarish shape which doesnt quite comfortably fit the nostrils - it falls out when turning form side to side at night. My nose felt a bit sore just inside the nostrils after 3 or 4 nights use, but it did increase the air entry and give me a bit better nights sleep

I bought the large size of these because I didn't understand that basically you have to be able to put your thumb up your nose comfortably (not just a little bit - fully!) to size the device that you need. Really, unless you have a roman nose - if you are in any way average then you should get the smaller size. Because I didn't do this, the device was totally unusable. They could give clearer directions on how to size what you need. Great name though.

After doing the tests on this website the megavent breathing aid was recommended. Based on the sizing guide I select the medium size but now wish there was a small size. I have struggled to use this product because it is uncomfortable and seems to not just support my nostrils but stretch them. It was several nights before I could tolerate it for more than an hour. When I used it I was so aware of it that I wanted to breathe through my mouth because I could not get used to the idea that it was helping. However, when I did manage to use the product all night I woke much more refreshed. I am still struggling to use it and may well give up. This is a size issue so I would recommend it for those with larger noses than mine.

Hi, I use a nasal dilator to breath at night and have tried any I can find online, Megavent ok and comforable but tends to slightly obstruct as well as support the nasal passage, still trying the large size, snorenomore work well for me, and another I find good is called NasalQ, snorenomore and nasalq can be a little uncomforable at times, but it worth it for me. Improved breathing at night has impoved my sleep and asthma and I find i am more alert in the morning and during the day, so it all good. Good luck.

Principle is great BUT... the large ones are too large for my nostrils, while the smaller ones are too narrow (they have to be fitted quite deep, leading to small nose bleeds in the first few days). Their major drawback is the plastic link between the two rings breaking up after a couple of weeks... wise marketing wise maybe but ending up a bit expensive!
