I have had my mouth guard for nearly a year and it has most certainly helped with my grinding at night, however after cleaning my guard every day, it has become stiff and uncomfortable in my mouth, and now need to buy another (35 is expensive for a student!!) it is a great shame as i really loved the product!

Good fit, more comfortable than my specially-made dental guard from the dentist and didn't take long to get used to. Takes a couple times to find the right fit, as there were a few nights where I found it by my foot! However it was completely destroyed just before the one month mark - and I didn't think I was a bad grinder! All in all, really good but for the price, wish it lasted longer.

I am 22 but noticed teeth were very square. I decided to buy this teeth grinder in October and it has lasted me for 4 months. I managed to completely grind through the guard so I need to get a new one. Definitely a good product as my guards normally wear down after 2 or 3 months.

My dentist advised my to try a mouth guard but rather than going through him, I used this website. I found the night guard to be good at stopping me from grinding my teeth. When wearing it, you cannot touch the front teeth together, yet after a couple of nights it feels normal to wear. However, after using the product for a month or so, I have found that my upper and lower teeth don't quite fit together as well as they used to do. A bit worrying and makes me think I should have asked my dentist to fit something more bespoke to the shape of my mouth. Next time I might try the thinner night-guard. I have found that headaches are less severe than before. If I do wake with a headache, I find that if I lie on my back and gently stretch my neck (by putting chin down) for a few minutes then the headache will often subside.

The guard has stopped me from grinding my teeth while I sleep, however, I washed it with warm water and it has now shrunk. Wash with cold water only!!

I found the guard difficult to get used to for the first 2-3 nights but it's getting easier and I am not waking up with headaches so it seem to be working well.
