Was rather horrified at the size of these, not really strips more like a chin mask! Definitely worked the first time I tried them and after that have cut them down so they are not quite so large. I don't fancy having to put these on everyday, quite hard to get them off in the morning. I used them with a nose expander to help me breath better and that was a good solution. Wish there was something more comfortable which would do the same thing.

I was really excited to find this product based on so many good reviews. Unfortunately I had mixed experiences. Although I recorded myself and thought my snoring did start later in the night and was a bit quieter, unfortunately it hasn't made enough of a difference to those sharing a room for me to continue with them as I also drink quite a bit of water through the night (impossible with your mouth taped shut) and found they got a bit itchy for me. All up, the inconveniences I experienced weren't worth it for the small benefit being received. I think they're worth a shot but maybe not the best product out there for me.

I have used this product in the past and, although uncomfortable to wear, I find it has some effectiveness in lowering the noise produced by my snoring although not enough to eliminate the problem. I don't find a problem with removing it as some reviewers have stated. I have tried using it with other products (nozovent and sprays) but as yet have not found a complete solution.

I bought the pack of ten to see if they would help as my mouth opens when I sleep and I snore. They may work if you have the correct 'type' of snore, they are not too uncomfortable and as previousl mentioned getting them off can be a bind and obviously you can't have a conversation after they are on. Worth a buying a 10 pack to try, but sadly not for me.

My biggest concern with these strips was whether I'd be able to sleep in them. I found them much more comfortable than I had imagined but did find that by the early hours ( 2- 3 am) I wanted to take them off. Do they work?? Well according to my partner I still make snoring noises but the volume is very much less and she is able to get a better night sleep. I guess the answer is a tentative yes.

Very good at holding chin in place but this morning I have found that my mouth was partially open in the morning. I think that due to the pressure of my relaxed mouth the strips tear slightly on the inner sides.

In the main these do work they did reduced, but not entirely eliminated my snoring. Perhaps some more weight loss may achieve this! Disadvantages, can leave red marks on your face when taken off. Always interesting when work colleagues ask what the marks are!

Definitely keeps your mouth closed. Unfortunately I found out I am snoring even with my mouth closed so it did not help me. I would recommend buying the 10 pack first to try them. I will try using nasal dilators.

The strips are also very good for retaining MADs. They can, however be a bit fragile, and the use of zinc oxide tape to strengthen the strips may help. Using warm water on your face before removal can ease the pain associated with taking them off.
