I have tried the snore-no-more a couple of nights. The snore-no-more is easily applied and fit is convenient. First half of the night is works as advertised. I experienced a lower performance as my mucosa is folding over the spring. The makes removing the snore-no-more difficult as is field like stuck.

I purchased this product to try to find an alternative to Nozovent that lasted more. I have a broken nose and this device cannot fit in the deviated nostril (too small and not rounded shape), while Nozovent just lift the nostril wall allowing air to flow in. It also causes you to sneeze sometime.

I tried Rhynil because I am a skinny female, and it seems that 'palatal flutter' is a common cause of snoring for people who come into this category. I used it in combination with a nasal dilator and mouth-breathing strips (both of which have worked well). It has to be applied morning as well as evening, in each nostril and in the roof of the mouth. I didn't think it tasted particularly pleasant (though some people might like it, of course), but I would have put up with that. However, my nose reacted quite badly to the spray, causing my eyes to water and my nose to run and tingle very uncomfortably. After using the spray continuously for about a fortnight, I left it for a few days, thinking that my nose might need a chance to settle down - but when I tried it again after the gap period the reaction was even worse, so I have now abandoned it. I wouldn't like to say categorically that this spray was ineffective or 'poor', but it didn't work for me and I would warn anyone who thinks they may have sensitive skin to approach it with caution.

I'm afraid that I could not fit the device, therefore I can't comment on whether it would have made any difference to my snoring or not. I have almost a completely blocked nostril, apparently due to a injury years ago. I suppose I should have thought about this, but it was impossible to insert the wire coil on that side, no matter how hard I tried. I even tried adjusting it and reducing the prong, to see if the coil at least could go in to some extent and try to open up the nostril, however it is impossible to remove the prong completely, so it made little difference. Incidentally, even if my nose was 'normal' I think that prongs are very long and I wonder if I could have fitted it properly anyway. Anyway, nothing ventured nothing gained. Not suitable for me, but I can see how it could work.

After reading the good reviews I purchased this item with great expectation but unfortunately for me it did'nt work and the snoring continues. On the good side it helps me to breathe easier.

I'm afraid Snore-no-more didn't suit me, mainly because I found it difficult to insert and uncomfortable in use despite carefully following the instructional video. I have used Nozovent for many years to help me breath more easily at night, and had hoped that Snore-no-more would prove a more durable alternative. However, I found that Nozovent is the more effective of the two for this purpose as the supporting springs of Snore-no-more seem to sit too high up the nostril. This may be the ideal position to prevent snoring, but was less effective at helping me breath more easily.

I found this very uncomfortable at first, I got used to it a little but I would often pull it out during the night. This device didn't work for me despite following the guides for identifying the type of snorer I am.

My problem is that when lying on my side the nostril nearest the pillow becomes blocked and the other nostril remains clear but becomes sore. Greasing the nostril helps a little. When I turn over the problem is reversed. Found this gadget easy to insert and had high hopes but one nostril still gets blocked just the same. So disappointing but I can see how it would work for some people.

This seems like an excellent product and definitely a more cost effective solution than the nasal strips. I unfortunately found it very uncomfortable, probably due to scar tissue from quarterisation as a child. Once inserted I also struggled to retain the device, but this may have been due to the additional liquid caused by my eyes running. Delivery was excellent and everything was as described. This is is one product that you will have to try to know if it suits you!
