My nostrils are not straight so when I had this little device in place one of my nostril was getting irritated by it whilst the other one was comfortable. I bent the wire to follow the curves inside of my nostril but was never be able to find a good position for it, still irritating and on a slight pressure or simply when I was yawning it hurts so I stopped using it as it is no use for me. I guess it could work well for people with straight nostrils though.

I bought a couple of products to try, not to stop me snoring as I don't, but to let me sleep without waking to drink constantly as my nose canal collapses when not consciously keeping it open.So being metal it should last you a while unlike the plastic products out there, although this is an expensive paper clip. Putting it in (watch the video) isn't too bad once you've learn the knack - although if you have any scaring in your nose this can be harder. My biggest issue is that it's un-cofomortable and I worry one of my kids might hit me in the nose (they are young) when wearing it and do myself some serious damage.

Once I got used to the correct fitting, this was relatively comfortable, although I did normally awaken part-way through the night as a result of wearing it. In terms of effectiveness, it certainly enabled easier nasal breathing although when worn when suffering from a cold was less effective. Unfortunately, my partner did not report any change in my snoring behaviour and, reluctantly, I have concluded that it has not produced the desired effect I required. I do not suffer from Apnoea so the product has not affected the quality of my sleep. Sadly, it has not affected the quality of my partner's either as I continue to snore.

I have been a bad snorer for a long time, and even after an operation to have my soft palate removed,I still snored. I bought this product hoping it would help somehow, as I seem to snore through my nose. Unfortunately it did not work for me, but the product itself is very easy to use and is quite comfortable, also discreet if you are self conscious. I would recommend trying out this product.

The Snore No More arrived within a few days. It was fairly easy to insert and stayed in. It also did not cause me to water up or sneeze (like the nozovent did). It seemed to help me breathe a little better but did not really hit the right spot in the nose that was blocked. The Nozovent meanwhile did hit the right spot but caused me to sneeze uncontrollably and water up.

This product doesn't really work for me. I did the snore tests, which appear to suggest that I snore because my nose gets blocked in the night (I have very narrow nasal cavities). However, when fitted it feels slightly uncomfortable, as I have a tendency to sleep on my side, with my nose resting on the pillow, which causes it to press on one side. Also because of this, it tends to come loose/fall out on one side. If I try to insert it further to combat this, I can feel it hitting the inside of my sinuses (I think) which leads to both discomfort and a lot of sneezing. It appears to have helped with the snoring about 50% of the time, but other days, I can still keep my wife awake with it fitted.Unfortunately, my sleep is generally wrecked when I wear this, as every time it move/catches, I wake up. I am still trying to use it (possibly because I'm a bit tight and don't like wasting money :D), but my experience hasn't been enough to recommend it to anyone else so far. Disappointed, but only because I know that this works well for a lot of people and I was hoping for a lot more.

In addition to my nasal airway closing when lay down, I also have persistent rhinitis. Unfortunately, the mucous membranes in my nose are so oversensitive that the irritation caused by the dilator was unbearable. However - I do not suggest that this is a fault in the Snore-no-More, simply that it may not suit you if you suffer from this condition.

I could feel a difference in my breathing as soon as i put it in. My breathing became easier. however my wife said it makes little difference to my snoring and it has sometimes ended comming out while I sleep. I have stoped using it.

I was aprehensive - inserting a piece of metal into my nose, but pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't uncomfortable. It does help with my breathing but has not cured the snoring, then I do have OSA so wasn't expecting miracles.

I bought this for my husband and it looked like an instrument of torture! Once he'd got the hang of it it was easy to use, and it has helped with the snoring to some extent, but I think his problem is probably more extensive than this product can cope with. I also bought him the Nozavent, which is less weird to look at, more user friendly, a bit cheaper and does the same job.
