Took several goes to make this fit, once in it did open up air way , but always seemed to rest on a vein inside my nostril which became painful, so I could not keep it in.It might work with wider nostrils mine are quite narrow.

I tried this as I have had severe rhinitis for over 5 years, which steroid spray temporarily eases but doesn't stop the problems of my nose blocking every night, resulting in snoring plus.As others have said its built for a large nose, and I find the balance between it staying in and being slightly painful rather hard to find.As a cure for everything, not totally, but I generally find I can now breathe without snoring most nights; and if I forget I definitely notice the difference the next day on my chest. If they had sizes below XL Id give 10/10.

The product was recommended by my ENT to try to avoid periodic radiofrequency turbinate and nasal ventilation improve. I personally am happy, although the success is partial. If I'm up helps me breathe better, but if I lie not prevent mucous clogging my airways. I encourage you to a resolutely pursue the research and advancing the product as there is many people with respiratory problems that could be helped by mechanical as you do without using drugs. By the way, I bought the vessel for nasal washes is fantastic, very comfortable and greatly facilitates nasal washes.

I found this a bit too large for my nose and fairly uncomfortable, although it did get a little better over time. It did help keep my nose clear/airways open, but not sufficiently to reduce my snoring. On a positive note, however, my partner tried it and it fits well, keeps his nostril from collapsing overnight, and gives him a much better night's sleep!!

My husband and I purchased this product with high hopes for a sound night's sleep for us both. To some extent it has alleviated the problem, but he does still find it uncomfortable and therefore removes it in the early hours , which isn't ideal as the snoring starts up again when he returns to bed. However it is very much a "work in progress" and I will report back in a month or two in order to give the product a fair trial. Yours in anticipation of a sound sleep!

It did do what it said but I did find it had a habit of falling out when I was sleeping (I do move a lot in my sleep). It pushes out your nostrals which allows you to breath better and reduce my snoring although it did not stop it.

It is my wife that started using the Snore-no-more, for my benefit. I would say it has helped reduce the snoring although not eliminated it. It is a bit uncomfortable for her to wear but tolerable.

I purchased this for my boyfriend who snores loudly and wakes up frequently during the night. He has been told that he needs to have an operation, but I had hoped that this device might help. I can't really say that it has helped, but I don't think it's because the device doesn't work, I just think it doesn't work for his situation.

The Snoz-no-more did indeed aid my breathing at night but snoring still exists. Inserting the Snoz, my preferred name, was awkward at first but after some practise i was slipping it into my beak with ease. Me and my partner do share the occasional night together but more than not i end up on my sofa.

I like the concept that it is reusable. I think it helps my breathing, but find it a little painfull when fully inserted and it slid out when I didn't put it in all the way. Sometimes I wake up during the night and take it out because it is uncomfortable, but I will keep on using it.
