The Dilator was the only one of its kind found on ebay with its thousands of ads and sellers selling nose dilators. One of its kind for more than one reasons.Firstly it reaches deeper into the nasal passage thus preventing the nostrils from collapsing.Second, because it reaches deeper,it never falls off during the night.Thirdly, because it is made of stainless steel,it will outlive any plastic or silicon dilator.Chances are it will outlive me as well.Four, because of its design,it offers a wide range of individual adjustment. But there is a drawback.Because of the anatomy of my nose, the dilation exerted is not adequate to fully open my nasal passage-ways,especially the left one.

I've used this for several weeks and I put it in every night. It's particularly useful for my sort of problem because I often get blocked nostrils, which leads to me breathing through my mouth and snoring. With this device I sleep much better and wake up clearheaded and refreshed. I wouldn't say it's always completely comfortable but it's quite wearable and most of the time I don't notice it. I also really like that it's easy to keep clean and ultimately reusable.
" Brilliant device! But the instructions need amending. "

Point 4 of the instructions, "Complete the Insertion", states:'As the springs enter the nostrils, swing your fingers away from the face. Use the thumbs to insert the springs into the nostrils.'As my thumbs won't fit into my nostrils, I have found it easier to use my little fingers. I have found that if you wet the springs and also wet the inside of your nostrils (I use tap water), insertion is much easier. Other than that, I have found this device to be excellent for giving me a better night's sleep and in the morning I don't have a dry mouth either.

The nasal device is very well made, and easy to use. Unfortunately it was too small for me. I wore it in the garden for the first time and it fell out. It's now lost for ever. Maybe a larger size can be made?.

Was skeptical about how much of a difference this product would make, wasn't sure that this was the cause of my snoring, but was so desperate for results I brought it with crossed fingers. My snoring has got so much worse since my allergies have picked up, and being a young women it's given me anxieties about staying at friends or going to festivals...I am ecstatic to say, I do not have to worry anymore! This has made my heavy snoring almost completely stop, with just a tiny amount of heavy breathing (which is perfectly normal anyway). I wake up feeling so much better after using it, I am a major mouth breather, and always wake up feeling really sluggish and horrible, but since using this I'm waking up and feeling alert and refreshed. I honestly can't believe what a difference it's made! The first time I used it was a little strange, and I don't think I fitted it properly but I carried on trying and the results are so worth it. I recommend to others to continue using this product f they find it hard at first, and get the product as far back into the nose as possible, I put mine on a angel and slowly rock it back and fourth towards the back of my nose until it slips up further. It might irritate a little but when you get it up far enough, you will not be bothered at all by it. Within a week I was managing to put mine in half asleep, and after a few to many glasses of wine with ease! I would highly recommend this product it literally has stopped me from worrying, and I can sleep in peace now!

I have tried many different models, and this is both discreet and effective. The most discreet and aesthetic of the ones I've tried. No other model available in the market goes as deep thus keeping the cornets really separated where I need to.It slips in easily if you follow well the instructions. It might need a bit of practice, but once well placed you barely notice it. Only that if you move too much your nose it might make you sneeze and then you might get swollen cornets for a while. But that happens with other devices too!Basically, I recommend it.

This is an excellent nasal dilator. I have tight nasal passages and invariably one of them collapses during the night making me snore and breathe heavily. I have tried several models, all plastic, and always felt they didn't go in deep enough to really help me. This dilator made out of steel does the job and I breathe easily and peacefully through the night. This really keeps both nostrils open all night. It is easy to insert if you follow the instructions and insert it so that it touches the lower part of your nostrils. If you try to insert it "in midair" so that it doesn't touch anything at a certain point it might hurt as it goes deeper and it might make you sneeze. When you insert it so that it gently touches the bottom of your nostrils it will go in fine. When it is in place I don't feel a thing, except relief. According to the snore test on this page I am a multiple factor snorer and this alone does not solve my snoring issue so I have to use a mandibular device as well. The two together have reduced my snoring by about 90% to a tolerable level.

I have given this product an excellent rating, which it would have if I hadn't had a broken nose in my youth, It is painful to insert and when I turned in my sleep it would stick into the one side of my nose. As I say the product would have worked, if I had a straighter nose. I am now using the nasal plasters which are working fine.
