Unfortunately I can't get on with this. It doesn't stay in my mouth and i find it produces a large amount of saliva. I couldn't get to sleep with it in either. I'm sure it is a great product but just not for me

Followed the instructions to the letter but disappointed with the fit. The device is loose on the teeth and as such does not securely hold the lower jaw forward as intended. fairly disappointing. maybe I should have gone for the AP 2 but this is very expensive, especially if it does not work?

I found it quite difficult to get the mould right the first time and had to redo it as per the instructions. It did reduce my snoring but after about 3 nights it kept slipping out. Disappointed for the price. Might be better if you get it professionally fitted.

I took the questionnaire on the website, and bought the guard. I found the fitting instructions very comprehensive and clear. I managed to mould the guard successfully. My wife said that the guard stopped my snoring by around 90%. So, it definitely worked for me. I found the device a little weird at first, but I quickly adapted to sleeping with the guard in my mouth. Unfortunately after a few weeks, one of my canine teeth started to loosen. I stopped using the guard and within a few days the tooth recovered. The guard was not as tight as when I first used it, and maybe the slack fit put extra pressure on my tooth. I am 63 years old, and maybe this was a contributary factor. So, a great product, worked well, but I could not use it.

Unfortunately I couldn't get on with this. I had it fitted by my dentist but even with that, the mouth guard doesn't seem to fit very well and has fallen out a couple of times during the night. It might just be me being unfortunate, but it didn't help me :-(

Advised to get a mandibular advancement device by a consultant at hospital. This item seems to work ok as it mostly stops me snoring. However it is a poor fit. I have experience of fitting mouthguards through martial arts but this was probably the worst fitting I have completed. The hole in the front nearly closed up even with careful use of the spatula provided and I had to keep it open with a wider implement to stop it closing up totally. As I have a very small head and therefore jaw this item felt very big in my mouth and only just bearable at night. also at night it protrudes from my lips therefore making them and my gums dry up and feel awful.

I've had this now for a month under advice from my gp, it has its good points and bad let's start with the good. Affordable. Easy to mould. Reduced my snoring so partial success. Bad - Doesn't hold its shape, I have had to remould already. Falls out a lot if you tend to sleep mouth open. If you have a gag reflex this can be a problem. Makes your teeth loose and sensitive for a while. All in all it reduces my snoring most of the time I.e when it hasn't fallen out so it has been a degree of success
