The Nasdil works quite well and saves on wastage and cost from daily nasal strips. I used to use nasal strips but decided to switch to this due to cost and the strips I was using being discontinued. It takes some getting used to but it's getting more comfortable with each nights use.

Greatly improves the flow of air through the nose. (No effect on my snoring as my main issue is an abnormally large tongue!) Very slghtly too long for me but I'm certainly better with it than without. Small quibble: excessively packaged.

Once I got used to wearing it I found it really helped my breathing. The only improvement I could suggest is to have it in different sizes - I would find it more comfortable if it were slightly smaller.

Bought this for my son who has a deviated septum from boxing. He has been unable to sleep due to difficulties breathing through his nose. I bought this thinking it was a long shot but might help a bit. It has in fact made a huge difference making breathing much easier both in sleep and physical activity. Great product !

I bought this product in the hope that it would open my collapsed left nostril. Well I have to say that it really helped. The softish, pliable silicone fits nicely into my nasal passages, and stays there for the duration of the night. It's does take a couple of nights to get used to, but once the product becomes more bendy, it's fine. Dampening it before inserting makes it easier to fit correctly (and comfortably). I have bigger than average nostrils which is fine for this product, but I imagine that people with smaller noses may struggle ( I can't imagine my wife with this product inserted up her nose). Also, to my knowledge, there is only one size. I haven't tried any other other nasal dilators, so I can't compare. I bought this item by just reading the other reviews here. Hope this helps.

I found this easy to insert after a bit of practice. It is soft and relatively comfortable. It certainly helps me breathe and sleep better. It occasionally falls out at night but generally stays put especially if you leave it alone once inserted.

I used to wake up in the night with a blocked nose because the nasal passages had collapsed and a sore throat. I couldn't remember the last time I had a good nights sleep. The nasdil opened my nasal passages and for the first time I slept through. For the first few days it made my nasal passages "burn" simply because I was breathing (cold winter) air through them again. I gradually got used to it. I have cut down on the beconase spray too. Apparently I still snore but not nearly as much.

I have found this item easy to use and it is a great improvement to my snoring and it is easy to travel with. Its the best item I have used for my problem and it keeps my husband happy. My nose has been tested and operated on but this made it worse so I am glad I have found this product.

I have used Nozovent for several years now and found it to be quite effective, the main problems being it becoming detached during sleep and then having to find it again in amongst the bedding. Nasdil looked as if it would solve those problems but although I've used it several times, it does not seem to keep the airways as clear as Nozovent so I have reverted to the latter. There's not much to choose between them, but for me, Nozovent has the edge over Nasdil.
