A good product with one drawback
on the 14th Feb 2018
I decided to try a nasal dilator as I broke my nose some years ago and suspected that my snoring was connected to that. I bought the cheapest one on the British Snoring website to see how it went. It went very well. The Nasdil dilator is made of plastic and feels comfortable once in place. Around a minute after it is inserted I forget that it is there. So far I have stopped snoring while using it and I would definitely recommend trying it if your nose has been damaged in the past or just if you suspect that you are not breathing properly through your nose while asleep. The one drawback of the Nasdil is that the maker says in the product leaflet "As the properties of the material may deteriorate, you are advised to replace it after about 60 uses or 3 months following the first use". If this is a problem then it might be worth trying a Nasdil nasal dilator to see whether a nasal dilator works for you. If it does then you could upgrade to a more expensive nasal dilator which may last longer and be more cost-effective in the long run.
seems to be working

I have used this for the last week and my husband has not had to move into the spare room for any of these nights. Result.
Works like a dream

I have a fairly narrow nose, with a slightly deviated septum, and over the years had developed into a terribly noisy snorer. As a slim female in my early sixties, who rarely drinks alcohol I don't look like a snorer, but my poor husband was suffering badly. The Nasdil dilator worked perfectly from the first night, preventing my nostrils from pulling inwards as I tried to breathe through them. It felt a bit odd the first time or two, but because the silicone rubber is relatively soft, any discomfort was minimal, and the flow of air feels wonderful.Have only used for a week, so can't comment on how it will last. Washing it is simple.

I got an stepoplasty operation but my nostrils still collapsed when I lay down flat. I bought a nasdil dilator from your firm. I now can breathe through my nostrils while wearing the nasdil dilator when sleeping.
Excellent nasal dilator

I've used the Snore no more and while it does help for a better night sleep, its too uncomfortable to wear for me. Often can't get it in without pain and even then I take it out when asleep.Nasdil on the other hand is extremely comfortable. If you put it in sometime before you go to sleep you forget its there and its much less likely you'll take it out. I have narrow airways in my nose that collapse on deep breathing. This device totally prevents it, definitely gives me better sleep.
Simple device, excellent results

At age 61 my snoring problem had increased, disturbing both my own sleep and my husband's, to the point of using a spare bedroom. I was also struggling with lethargy, weariness in the morning, unable to cope well with housework and very occasionally would doze for half an hour during the daytime. We suspected sleep apnoea but didn't know much about the treatment, bar the methodology of using jaw-adjusters and mouthguards. I took the self-tests on this website and two items were recommended; one was a jaw device and the other was Nasdil. It was then that I learned I had a deviated septum in my nose, and that the walls of my nose collapsed during breathing (through the nose). It is something I had never been fully aware of. The first night using the Nasdil device was a minor revelation, because for the first time ever I was able to breathe larger volumes of air through my nose; I had never found it particularly easy but had always accepted my present "rate" as normal. As a result....no snoring. Two weeks on, I have noticed an improvement in my overall daytime wakefulness as well. The device itself is fairly easy to insert, however I have a small nose and the bridge part is too large for me; it just sticks out, while the two tubes are comfortably in place. I wouldn't therefore wear one during the daytime. However, at night, appearances aren't important! I have found that six to seven hours' use is fine, I wake anyway around 6am and take it out. Takes a little getting used to at first, but I now drop off to sleep pretty easily with it in place. Would highly recommend for ease of nose-breathing, and potential snore-cure, don't be put off even if you have a small nose like me.

Very comfortable and flexible for a small face. Speedy efficient delivery. Believe will be of great benefit just a bit soon to tell but very positive about my response so far

I was advised by a specialist to look at this website. The Nasdil dilators have made a big difference for me.

This little device works very well and has allowed me to breathe more clearly through my nose at night, recommended.
