“This product is ideal for people whose upper nasal passages tend to collapse when asleep. It takes a bit of practice and it will fall out if you don't insert it properly, but it really does enhance breathing. You can try supporting the base with a sticky bandage if it keeps falling out. Sometimes I wear it when I'm awake at home, just for the support. The only downside is if you have a cold, it becomes inconvenient. But overall it's definitely helped me sleep better, and my partner reports I snore a lot less.”
