I am a heavy mouth snorer this nasal mask works very for me. Snoring down by 95%. A good nights sleep, my wife is very happy. Nose can get a little sore after continued use then I use the standard mask for a day or two.

Having previously used a conventional mask covering both mouth and nose, the Nasal Aire II has proved to be more comfortable and less problematic. It does take some time to get used to it with the rubber tubes inserted in the nostrils. I found it very important to find the right nostril size, and through trial and error finally arrived at a happy solution. I can highly recommend the device, noting that it might not suite every user.

I can't give a 10/10 score because the truth is that sleeping with a hosepipe and a soft plastic protusion up ones nose is not ideal, but I genuinely sleep much, much better with this mask and CPAP machine; having initially hired the CPAP machine and full mask , this is 100% more comfortable and I've got used to it fairly quickly.I give it a 9/10 as I don't think I would ever be able to give any mask a 10. There isn't much leakage, no cold air blasts in the mouth and when an attempt to snore is made there is a delicious blast of air up your nose that makes for easy breathing. I also think I breathe more easily through my nose during the day.

I chose the standard nasal mask as I prefer to sleep on my front with face to the side. I find that compared with a non cannula mask I am more comfortable - the tubes are soft silicone and leave no skin indententations. More importantly in this sleeping position I have not experienced any leakage of air. I have tried both medium and small sized nose cannula and opted for the small size so I now have purchased 6 others which are of no use. It would be better to sell packs with small medium or medium large. Assembling the mask is quite straightforward but pictures are easier to follow as written instructions make it more complicated. I do not use the top strap just the strap around the crown of my head with back tube loops. I use the Velcro bolo to secure the tubes under my chin rather than chest which seems to help keep the mask in position.More importantly my snoring has stopped and I share a bed with my partner although the air flow emanating from the cannula creates a degree of white noise and continuous exhaust air flow.

Having recently been diagnose with sleep apnoea I was confronted with which equipment to purchase. I didn't fancy a full mask so I bought the Nasal Aire II, thank goodness I did I find it very easy to use, it doesn't give a clostrophobic effect and gives a great nights sleep. Only downside is the price, at present it is a little expensive, but, what price a good nights sleep and feeling more alive all day..Regards Ian Houghton

Previously used a full face mask having not been successful with nasal masks this product has been a revelation, for the first time I have managed to achieve a full nights sleep without the usual air leaks over the mouth and into eyes. I travel extensively, this product packs well without damage being caused which usually happened to gel face masks. I agree its takes a few attempts to work out how to fit this device, however not really an inconvenience and once mastered a full nights sleep is worth the effort. The only criticism is the fact your paying for multiple nose pieces when most sufferers know which size is needed, these become redundant and could provide a cost saving on product price and packaging for the manufacturer.

I have found this device absolutely wonderful after almost a years use. As a female it is so nice not to spend half the day trying to get rid of the strap marks on my face and not having a sore point at the top of my nose. However I am nearly at the stage where I need a new canular and it does seem very expensive and a waste to have to purchase the whole package when I only need the small size canular. Any chance of rectifying this in the future? I think this may put others off from making the original purchase. I've been on the American web site and they can be purchased separately.

Took a little getting used to and a lot of adjustment, the headband i feel has some real design issues in relation to the strap bar at the rear, however in saying this I think it is superior to the Mask, the air tube could do with being a little longer because if I turn over in the opposite direction to the CPAP it can get a tight around my neck or throat.

Product hard to get used to, give it 3-4 weeks, use it without the head gear, only the figure of eight strap at the back and I found it to be very comfy and it gave me a much better nights sleep.

This product has changed my life, could not wear mask as it made me feel claustraphobic, caused acne and pressure marks, leaked cold air and generally uncomfortable. All I use now is rear tie and front toggle. This is a great product.
