The first time I used the strips, I found the effect noticeable immediately. I could breath far better and the effect on my snoring ( in conjunction with Rhynil) incredible. One important observation- which will probably prevent this review from being published?- is that a major high street chemist ( that isn't a shoe shop) sell their own version which is just as effective and under half the price.

These strips keep my nose open at night,so that's great as it helps to stop me snoring so much. They have strong adhesive and can be very difficult to remove in the morning, the clear ones are easier and not so sticky but they are more expensive. I found they were more successfull than the plastic nose dilators as they kept falling out and the strips do the same job and are more comfortable.

I didn't want these for snoring, just to open my airways to allow me to breathe more easily through my nose. They were very successful and I am impressed with them. Downside is that they are expensive, so I tried some cheaper ones which are nowhere near as good sadly.

I bought a pack of these strips after complaints from my other half about snoring and a recommendation from a colleague who said they had worked for him. I am told that they work for me - I was never bothered by my own snoring! I had been somewhat sceptical, but having tried them I can feel how they work - by having a "sprung" strip inside that pulls the airways open a bit.

I bought these for use over Christmas as I share a bedroom with my brother, and my snoring disturbs his sleep. These helped alleviate the problem somewhat, but did not entirely eliminate the problem. I believe this is because I have not yet hit on the best solution for myself, rather than a failing on the products part. In short: These are excellent nasal dilators, but sadly narrowed nostrils do not appear to be the only cause of my snoring.

Definate improvement reported by my partner (who puts up with my snoring) when I'm wearing these. They are also pretty discreet and I don't feel like a total berk wearing them, which helps.

These nasal strips certainly helped open my airways to some degree. They are more expensive than the Kleerway nasal strips, but the Kleerway strips actually took the skin off my nose on one occasion, so I don't recommend them.

These are great. They really open up my nostrils so my airways are clearer. I think the clear ones would look better than the flesh coloured ones so will try and get them next time.

Certainly a good aid to my partners sleeping. She reports that my snoring, although not completely cured had lessened to a manageable degree. Sadly, being on a pension, the cost is prohibitive because their effectiveness is only good on the first use as they don't stick quite well enough afterwards.

Not through my first box yet, but so far we are very pleased. I say 'we' as my snoring was more of a problem for my wife than I, although I wake up less bruised these days! My wife has reported that my snoring is starting to creep back in the last few days despite the strips, but is nowhere near as bad or as prolonged and is stopped easily with just one kick. I agree with Tony though they are expensive.
