Worked wonders for the first two nights but then, alas, I started to snore again! I tried using the second one provided but it made no difference at all. Expensive product for just two nights of decent sleep.

After my husband sought advice from am ENT consultant about his snoring, these were recommended. They arrived and my husband could not stop sneezing and his nose twitched until he removed them. He won't try them again so they failed for him and me!!

Well I was living in hope that this would cure my snoring but after the first night when my husband said he never heard me it went down hill from there. There is one good thing about it though and that's the easier breathing so I am sleeping better with it but the snoring's still as bad.

You will need a good sense of humour if you use this product. After a couple of minutes you can feel it slowly start to loosen and then it is just a matter of time before it shoots out of your nose. If you are lucky only one side will come out and it will hang out like a plasic bogey. If not, it will fire out like a rubber bullet. And that could be quite embarrassing if you are looking at your loved one at the time. I've found that the best way of keeping it in my nose is to keep it jammed against the pillow, which works fine if I don't move throughout the night. But then maybe it is my nose that is wrong and it is a great product after all.

I heard about this site on Womans' Hour on Radio 4 and I tried the test on site, as a result I sent for a medium size Nozovent but I did not get on well with the device and it fell out/I removed it in my sleep during the night. My concern about Nozovent was that there was no way of reducing the force exerted on the inside of the nostrils and I could imagine my nose increasing in size like an old snuff taker"s! I was not happy to continue with the use of the Nozovent due to my negative experience and my concerns about widened nostrils! The other metal device demonstrated on the site worried me as the metal prongs are so long and go so far into the nose, what would happen if there was a fall or blow to the face, wouldn't it make people sneeze when it tickles the back of the nose? There does not seem to be a great deal of consideration given to the variation in the size of peoples' noses and nostrils which differ in length and width enormously. Nozovent has two different sizes but it is not possible to vary the amount of pressure exerted on the inside of the nostrils, I tried putting a small band around the piece that is outside the nose but it slipped off, I might try tape and see if there is any improvement. Sadly I think the causes of my snoring are many and not just collapsing nostrils. Although I have not benefitted from Nozovent it is fantastic that the problem is being addressed and tackled and loads of people have benefitted from the research and devices, Thank you for the research, please keep on with your kind and helpful work. I do not want you to publish this unless you think that it could be helpful, I would be interested in your response or any helpful advice but I expect that you do not reply to emails Yours sincerely. I found this device very uncomfortable to wear. The sides have sharp bobbles on them to keep the Nozovent located in your nostrils. I had to mostly trim off these off to be able to wear at all. Even then I found after an hour or so I would wake up and have to remove, as my nose had become quite sore where the plastic had stuck to the inside of my nostrils. Apparently whist it was installed my snoring had become quieter so it's probably a good solution just poorly executed.

My wife has been using it since over 2 weeks now.there is a moderate reduction in the snoring. I am not completely convinced if it is worth the money. Its a bit difficult to get used to, was complaining of pain in the nostrils after few hours of usage, but she is alrite with using it now.
