The Nozovent is not a snoring panacea. I've used it for several years now, and my partner tells me it helps a lot, but some nights I snore despite its best efforts. Still, it's better than others I've tried because it opens the nasal passages further up the nose than others, which is important in my case.

I do not have a problem with snoring ( I would love to have a problem with snoring!!) My problem is LIFELONG INSOMNIA, I decided to try Nozovent because I can not breathe freely through my delicate little nose!, it collapses when I breathe in. I was thinking that maybe that is what has always stopped me from sleeping more than twenty mins-90 mins and sometimes not at all. I have no concept of day and night in my life, one day just passes into the next day. While the Nozovent works well to help me breathe freely, which is lovely, unfortunately I find I cannot tolerated it.. After a lifetime of living on my adrenalin my nervous system is VERY irritable and I can only tolerate it for a short period of time, and not when trying to sleep it just prevents me even going to sleep at all. I have however noticed that if I use it during the day, that I don't get those annoying episodes of yawing usually lasting up to an hour once or twice a day, when I just yawn and yawn and am unable to stop, which is helpful. Insomnia has blighted my life, but hope keeps floating up and I continue my search tenaciously and try everything I think might help! So Nozovent certainly works well for opening up my airway, sadly that's not the reason I don't sleep!

My snoring was becoming more frequent in the ast 3-4 years and was disturbing my partner a lot. I bought the Nozovent to try and make her quality-of-life better and I had fairly low expectations that it could work. However the Nozovent has definitely made a difference and although it has not stopped me snoring every single night it has worked about 75% of the time. There are still occasions when I still snore and we cannot work out why it doesn't work on those nights i.e. its not always because I am extra tired or have had a drink. After the first 3-4 nights you get used to wearing the product and I now sleep without any problems caused by wearing it. It will occasionally fall out (maybe one night in a week). The product does lose it's strength (elasticity) after just a few weeks and I dont know why they cannot make it more durable. So its a good start but I will have to be convinced that I can maintain the kind of success I have had initially to keep purchasing it regularly.

The product is good and when fitted it helps me breathe through my nose much better. Unfortunately my snoring is a bit stronger than this solution, but I am sure for many people this will help very much.

I bought this more in hope than expectation, as my snoring has been driving my wife mad for some months now....and I have been pleasantly surprised at the improvement it has caused. Its not uncomfortable to wear, for me ,but does look odd...(so leave it until lights out to avoid unwanted sniggering!).It has,I'm told, reduced my snoring...the only problem is that it does fall out during the night,so snoring still occurs. So not perfect, but definitely a huge improvement.

Since my teens, I have been a very bad snorer and I recently decided to see an ENT consultant about it. I am not overweight, and I am generally very healthy. After venturing up my nostrils with an endoscope, the consultant recommended two products to me - this one, and a cheaper alternative: the "Nozovent". The nozovent did the trick for the snoring, but it fell out of my nose very easily; it would never stay in my nose for a full night, and inevitably the snoring would restart. So, I bought the Nasanita butterfly in the hope that it would stop my snoring, and stay in throughout the night. The good news is that it did stop my snoring; however, it still have problems keeping it in throughout the night, albeit with a little more success than the nozovent. It can be quite uncomfortable to wear, and I still find that I tend to remove it unconsciously during the night. It did a better job than the nozovent, and I am pleased that I bought it. It is the most effective product that I have tried so far, even though it's still not ideal. I will persevere with it, and parhaps after more time, I will get more used to the feeling of it.

Nozovent was the perfect solution for me since the first time I tried it. I have a broken nose, bent to the left and Nozoven lifts the nostril wall allowing air to flow in. I just have 2 complaints about it: it lasts about 2-3 weeks before becoming too soft and even tho I wash it every morning it still retain some smell. I fix the first problem by inserting a small flexible plastic clips in between the 2 ends, that gives it 2-3 weeks more but eventually it will break. Nothing much you can do about the smell, but is not that bad that cannot be used. I am still trying to find some way to make it last more, it's much less than advertised 2 months, without this problem this product deserved a goo 9/10

This product i found works well to keep your nostrils open to allow you to breathe more easy but thats all. Probally needs to be used with mouth guards to help stop any snoring.

I have tried the Nozovent (large size) because I feel that my snoring/waking/keeping my wife awake is due to my nose getting bunged up in the night. This device does open the airways at the start of the night, which is good, and means that my wife can get to sleep before I start snoring. It doesn't stop me from snoring, but it delays it till later in the night - presumably it takes longer for my passages to block up because they're being held open more. It is good, but it can get a bit uncomfortable, especially if you knock it in the night when you turn over. I'm still waiting for the perfect solution, but this is the best thing I've tried so far.

The product does keep your nose open but I found that it often fell out of my nose during the night. The accompanying leaflet advises you to mark the product with a coloured pen. This is good advice as it is difficult to find the Nozovent in the bed if you lose it.
