Its a soft plastic that in theory will last a while. Seems to work nicely to keep you able to breath. My biggest issue is that it sometimes fallout and you wake up hunting around the bed and floor looking for it. As it's a clear plastic it hides well. The instructions say to make this easier put a mark with a pen on it, but then you just add to the 'bull' look.

Makes it easier to breathe, and reduced volume / duration of snoring greatly for me (according to the Snorelab iPhone app and my wife). Fits snugly, but keeping it in place can be a problem. It springs out of the nostrils in the middle of the night from time to time. This is a minor quibble however. All in all a great product.

After the initial first use of these nasal strips l found immediate relief from dry mouth and felt better rested in the morning. It did help to reduce my snoring, however l have purchased a mouth spray which when used together has stopped the snoring. Not drinking alcohol does help my problem as well.In essence l am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I have to admit I was worried about spending money on a piece of plastic that might or might not fall out and get lost; that might or might not fit my larger than average female nose; that might just help my sinuses and dry mouth. I've had sinus infections on and off for years. The recent one left me feeling absolutely wiped out, not only because of the baceterial infection but also because I couldn't sleep. I'm a side sleeper but one of my nostrils tends to clog up, which causes me to turn over in my sleep. Repeatedly. Then I would wake up with a dry mouth because I'd been mouth-breathing and the central heating had come on. So I bought a medium sized Nozovent, on the off chance it would be large enough. It is. I found it very hard to fit at first, but once I followed the diagrams on the box correctly, I got the hang of it. It's only come out in my sleep once, I think I must have taken it out, but handily kept holding on to it! They do look as if they could get lost easily, so it's useful that there are two per pack. Coincidentally. I have just gone part time at work, so I don't know how much my sleep has improved because of the Nozovent, and how much is owing to stress reduction. Last night I slept eight and a half hours. That's almost a miracle for me.As a final remark. I'd add that the times I didn't use the Nozovent since its arrival about ten days ago, I woke up either with a collapsed, blocked nostril or a headache. That's proof for me that it works. It's a little uncomfortable to take out by morning, but hasn't caused nosebleeds or damage. I haven't been much of a snorer, though occasionally I've had sleep apnoea. So I can't comment on that, except that I've had no sudden wakings since I started using the Nozovent. I"m giving it nine out of ten because it does feel difficult to take out. Now I want my snoring partner to try one!

This really does help with clearing airways and the other indirect issues. the only downside was that, with my nose being a bit sensitive internally, they are a touch (not much ) harsh on the interior wall but the positives firmly outweigh this minor negative.

Due to an accident I have had trouble breathing through my nose for quite a few years now and have trouble getting off to sleep the nozovents are fantastic and help me get off to sleep by allowing me to breathe clearly through my nose, although they usually come out at some point during the night they are a great relief and help to me. Highly recomnded.

Really has worked for me having followed the questionnaire on the snoring site. My wife thoroughly approves.Previously used the external sticking plaster types but after prolonged use they made the skin on my nose sore and left a red mark.Only issue is they do come out in the night sometimes and they are very easy to lose. Left one on the bedside at an hotel and they obviously thought it was a piece of junk as it disappeared. Will buy more.

Simple design. Soft plastic. Very easy to insert. Found it comfortable. Does occasionally fall out. Makes my breathing easier. Works better than nasal strips. Other half says my snoring better. This is 2nd purchase.

I used it for the first time some nights ago and it either came off in the middle of the night or i removed it myself due to slight discomfort. Last night was the first night I had the dilator securedly attached throughout and I slept through for straight 6 hours without either waking up in the middle or feel a itch in my throat which i attribute it to mouth-breathing. Today I also don't feel the tiredness and drowsiness that aften accompany my waking hours. I hope this good result continues! My only concern is will the dilator widens the nostrils permanently?

The Novocent works. It would be even better if it reached further back in the nose. I have not found anything better.
