Review : I already have disturbed sleep through fibromyalgia, but despite having my septum straightened I wake constantly unable to breathe on one side. These strips are a life saver and I use them most nights, but they are VERY expensive for what they are and thanks very much, Tony, for the suggestion about surgical tape which I shall definitely try. The marking for the strips would be ten, but is affected by the cost.

Review : These do work, and very well! As soon as I put one on, I find myself breathing much more easily through my nose. However, I am a constant snorer. If I only had problems when I had hayfever or a cold then these would be great, but unfortunately though this used to be the case, within the last year it has got a lot worse. Now it's far too expensive to carry on buying these strips, so I'm going to have to try a different method. Shame really, as they really are good! Just make sure you clean your nose before you put them on - I have woken up once or twice with a bit of plastic poking me in the face :)
