This is not a complete or instant solution but is a valuable measure to help reduce snoring. Since using them, I've had partial relief from intrusive snoring with a comensurate improvelment in my relationship! The strips stick well and keep the nasal passages open, with associated benefits. Give them a try but dont expecet radical snoring relief although they have definately helped lots.
