Review : I felt I had better use the item for a while prior to leaving any comments. However, based on the opinions of my partner, my snoring has reduced dramatically. Apparently I still snore when I am on my back (to be expected), but lying in any other position and I am told my snoring is barely noticeable. It took me a couple of adjustments and a few nights to get the correct and comfort for me. I can say it definately worked for me. The only downside is that I tend to wake up in the mornings with sore front teeth. I understand that this can also happen with the jaw but my only concern is, like wearing a brace, will it slightly re-allign my teeth? Other than that, a great product to start with. As time goes on I will 'trade up' to the more expensive device.

Review : After moulding just once I have found the SomnoGuard to be easy to keep in the mouth all night. Although it has not stopped me snoring, it is quieter and less frequent. Perhaps a second moulding could improve things even more.

Review : This is the first time I have tried the guard. It was easy to fit and use, although it take about 4 nights to get used to. Stop heavy snoring the first time I used it, and the only time i start again is if during the night I work to guard out of the mouth, but it is only a two second job to put it back in. Overall the product worked for me, was good value and would def buy again.
