Review : After trying "everything" this is my favorite. It might not cure the worst snoring - but how could it when most snoring occurs in the throat area. But it really helps to breathe easy - it has no spring function so it never "jumps" out during night. It is just very comfortable and the best - i can have it when power walking... It gives me so much more oxygen and i really like it because no one can even see that i am using it. It is almost invisible. But the best is the price - it must be the best price per night for getting really good snoring aid. My husband use it together with the snoring mouth piece that he got from his dentist. His snoring mouth piece has a hole in the front so he use MegaVent to prevent mouth breathing. And the combination giveis 98 % silence. MegaVent is great - looks kind of hard and so - but it was the most comfortable dilator ever - And it should be, since you can actually shape it exactly the way you like it - even different size in each nostril. My husband needs that since he has a broken nose. Shaping is so easy - it takes 5 seconds...
