I've been using CPAP for about four years for Sleep Apnoea and a problem I've had is waking up unable to breath because my nose is blocked and blowing doesn't shift it. So having seen NeilMed's Neti Pot on You Tube or Facebook I thought I'd give their Sinus Rinse Starter Kit a go as people had said how good it was. I have found it very good at clearing my nose and sinuses. I feel I'm breathing better in the day as well as at night and as a result I sleep better and don't wake up because I can't breath.
