Okay, i'm going to sound a bit evangelical here but last night i slept the whole night from 10pm through to 7.30am. No heartburn, no peeing, no headache, no rucked up bedding! This morning despite feeling a little groggy i felt so energised I deep cleaned my kitchen! I know that may sound strange but for years I've not had the energy.

I found a way to activate the clinician menu on my Remstar Pro and turned on the AHI info option. I now know why i feel so much better - I've gone from an AHI of 71 to just 2! I also adjusted the ramp feature to reduce the ramp time to 20 minutes because i think its that first lower pressure period where i'm getting the few AHI's.

I'm just so excited and relieved at having my life back :D :D

The ramp time should be accessible without going into the Clinician Menu.
An AHI of 2 is great, a lot of people would love one as low as that. :)
